Note: I have several other sites & domains with essentially the same type offer and terms. Price/Deposit may be different depending on the domain name. Some domains have sites on them, others do not. I own several domain names that have moneymaking potential that don’t have sites on them. Some do have sites on them but they need to be updated or changed. 
HealthFinds.com is one of those domains that doesn’t have a websites at the present time. Because health is a large evergreen niche I believe a healthfinds.com Partnership could be very profitable for both of us.
Originally I created a website for healthfinds.com. It was up a few years, but I never added much content to it. I never really had time to maintain it.
I did not try to monetize the site as it was essentially a placeholder for the domain name. So eventually I thought it best to take the site down. The domain name HealthFinds.com is practically begging for a website to go with it!
Maybe there is a health startup or health publisher somewhere reading this that could help fulfill that need.

Health Finds is a premium .com domain name good for almost anything related to health. It is short, easy to remember, easy to spell, has the keyword health in it and is attention getting.
With a nice logo and site with quality content focused on a narrower sub niche within the health niche, I feel it offers great moneymaking potential if promoted effectively.
With such a generic name it also offers the potential to be an authority site covering several sub niches within the main health niche.
This type of health domain name is difficult to find. If you can, it may easily cost you an arm and a leg.
This partnership idea is to eventually have a website generate an income of at least $7000 dollars a month or more after 12 – 18 months. This is a very optimistic but doable goal. It will require consistent, work on your part.
The ideal situation would be for the site to create a profit where we both average a minimum of $3500/mo. each, or more. That would be a very good, fairly realistic, return on investment and effort required.
However, I believe a lot more money can be made. I believe such a site could eventually generate $40,000 a month profit, or more. You will be following a course where the author makes way more than that from her site.
Forget all those ads of making easy money on the ‘Net without work. It isn’t true, unless you are lucky – and you cannot count on luck.
I have tried many ways of making money online. Most things you see advertised about making money online don’t work. In the process I wasted a lot of money. That’s from buying some of those “too good to be true” online methods that promise huge profits. I definitely don’t recommend it.
Realistically No One can Promise Actual Returns a Website can Make
Realistically, I cannot promise you anything regarding potential returns a website might make. It will depend on the niche and how much competition you face.
Not only that, but these and more factors must be considered:
- how good your keyword research is
- quality of the content
- how engaging the content is for the visitor
- how the site is monetized
- how the site is promoted
- how much competition the site has
I just mentioned a few of those factors above. There could be a lot more in some cases.
WordPress Websites get my Vote
Ideally the Site will be a WordPress site so the development costs will be low (not free). I have 13+ years’ experience with WordPress sites.
This will be a big help. Depending on the type of site more or less money will be necessary. However, you will have to put up a deposit of $3000.. That hopefully will cover most initial costs.
This is to show you are serious, have something to lose if you don’t perform, and hopefully coax you to provide high quality content and be active in the social markets, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+ etc.
This would be a partnership where I would provide the domain name and hosting, install the site (or have it installed), do any technical work, SEO, and maintenance.
Your investment would provide any money the site would cost and the initial content (30 articles). There will also need to be new content added regularly, plus there probably will be promotional costs.
Aside from monetary requirements, you may also need to help with other tasks such as locate appropriate affiliate programs. Possibly you’ll need to locate products to promote or sell, do keyword research, etc.
You would be editor or co-editor unless the site was a store (I have an Amazon Seller’s course, but competition is very heavy on Amazon) or other type of site not requiring articles or editorials. You would effectively be running the site in most cases.

They show how to do most anything you need to do regarding the website and content for it. I also have access to training materials, eBooks, software, etc.
Furthermore, I have at least two expensive courses that specifically train you how to create a high money potential website. The courses are written by people who make many thousands of dollars a month from their website, way more money than our $7000/mo. goal.
I am only interested in someone who is very serious and who wants a website that has the potential to create a part-time or hopefully a full-time income for each of us.
If the site is successful and you want to keep the site as your own you will have the option to buy me out after the site is up 24 months or longer. We both have to agree agree on the terms.
It’s best if you are interested in the niche
Because there is work involved, it would probably be best if the theme/niche of the website is something you are interested in. 
The domain name will determine the major niche, health, but a sub niche within the health niche is almost surely necessary.
The health category is generally too large in order to compete effectively. A far better chance for the site to be successful is through a sub niche of health.
If one likes the subject matter of a niche they will usually be more willing to do the work required, or put in more effort. In my case, however, I have way too many sites to do a good job on any one of them.
That’s why I will consider a partnership using aged domain names I already own. This cuts the cost way down compared to buying expensive domain names. Plus Google (The 800 lb. gorilla of search engines) likes to see older domains.
It apparently gives them more preference in their ranking system. We’ll take all the help we can from Google.
Being a Partner will Require Work on your Part!
As a partner it requires work on your part, in your spare or full time. So if you are not willing to work do not consider this partnership offer.
Like any business there is no guarantee of profit. But by adding high quality content regularly, using SEO techniques, and with consistent promotion, we’d have a good chance of success.
You don’t even have to be a professional to use social networks. Using them to our advantage offers an inexpensive way to get more traffic and ultimately make more profit.
Websites do not have to be fancy or flashy to make money, but do need certain criteria, in most cases, to have a better than average chance to be successful. It also takes time, in almost all cases, so expect to put in at least a year or more before the site makes a decent amount of money on a regular basis.

Even eCommerce sites can benefit with articles or other content, as well as most other kinds of sites. I may or may not write articles myself, depending on the free time I have available.
I do have a writer that writes high quality custom articles for me that might be willing to write articles. That will depend on whether she is comfortable with the specific health niche the site will be on.
You can also do both, that is write some articles yourself and pay a writer to write the other articles. I have contact with several excellent writers with reasonable rates.
This needs to be a Win – Win Partnership
The whole object of the partnership is for it to be a win-win partnership. If you don’t like the niche it will be more difficult for you to give it your best shot, although it is still possible.
You must feel you are getting a good deal otherwise a partnership is not likely to work out.
Part of the reason of the partnership is because I am too busy with other projects. Plus I have several old domain names that would be excellent names for websites in their respective niches.
The other reason is it may give someone who would like to have a website that produces an income a chance. Even if they don’t know where to start and/or who needs some guidance.
Also if you are like many people, it is more likely you will actually do whatever work is involved if you are accountable to someone else. If the niche appeals to you and you feel having a good aged domain name is a benefit, like I do, this might be for you.
Also if the costs of everything is not out of line with the site’s potential income and you can afford it, then this opportunity might be right for you.
No one can tell if a business opportunity will be a success before or unless they try it. So there can be no guarantees. However, I will refund part of the money you’ve invested ($1350 refund) if after 6 months working on the project, you decide it is not worthwhile even though you gave it a good effort.
