I could easily have a blog about it. It would relieve any stress I had and also could create a community of like minded people.The same effect could occur with whatever your hobby or likes are. Surely there are other people you could attract with your blogging about it.
There are many more things having a blog could accomplish. But expressing your emotions by blogging can go a long way toward reducing any emotional stress.
